Louisa is a founding member of the establishment team for Green Adelaide, a new statutory State Government board established in July 2020 in South Australia. As Manager for Strategy and Performance, Louisa supported the Board in establishing a vision for a Cooler, Greener and Wilder Adelaide, and implement its first Regional Landscape Plan, including an iconic program to establish Adelaide as a National Park City – a status that was achieved in 2021. Louisa has more recently overseen the development of the first Urban Greening Strategy for Metropolitan Adelaide.
