Harm van den Heiligenberg recently finished a PhD research in transition studies. He is an Academic Fellow at Utrecht University, and the coordinator of a small group carrying out action-oriented research to develop the Utrecht region as a living lab for global transitions.
He combines this work with his job as a strategic policy advisor at the Province of Utrecht. He gives support to various innovation and transition programmes, especially regarding experimentation with innovative solutions for sustainability and health, and their scaling.
