Chi-Yi Chang is the current President at Taiwan Design Research Institute and Professor at the Graduate Institute of Architecture at the National Chiao Tung University. He is also the CEO at Taitung Design Center. He was the Board Member of the World Design Organization and Deputy Governor of Taitung County Government. Previously the director of the Graduate Institute of Architecture in National Chiao Tung University and the director of A+@ Architecture Studio. He received his Master in Design Studies (MDes) from Harvard Design School and his Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Ohio State University.
