Nicole Osuji is a Project Manager at VNG International, with a successful track record of managing international donor-funded programs in the field of good local governance in transition countries, including DR Congo, Benin and the Western Balkans. She is currently involved in programmes on themes such as Integrated Water Management and climate adaptation, green urbanization, Public Finance Management and Local Economic Development. She has an in-depth knowledge of inclusive governance and liaising with a variety of actors, from the highest to grassroot level.
