Anthony Quinquenel is a French urban planner educated at the Parisian Urban Planning School (Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris). He specializes in Project Management.  After two years of working with different French municipalities on development projects, he started working in the international urban planning company Green Rock Management Group where he works on the development of urban parks in Armenia.
